Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily activities of the butler team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure high service standards.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, understand preferences, and deliver personalized attentive service.
  • •Coordinate guest room and suite preparation, ensuring rooms are immaculately cleaned, stocked, and customized to guest preferences.
  • •Oversee valet services (luggage handling, garment pressing, shoe shining) and manage special guest requests and arrangements.
  • •Maintain protocols and confidentiality, address guest complaints promptly, and keep accurate records of preferences, requests, and satisfaction metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience in hospitality with relevant butler duties (3 years relevant experience).
  • •Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, guest preferences, etiquette, and traditional butler services.
  • •Leadership and supervisory capability to oversee a team, delegate tasks, and maintain high service quality.
