Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation and cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Handle chopping, portioning, measuring, and basic cooking methods like grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting. Maintain cleanliness and kitchen organization, follow recipes for consistency, support stock rotation and inventory management, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with plating and garnishing, coordinate with kitchen staff, and monitor cooking times and temperatures.
