Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data driven strategies to drive growth and subscriber acquisition for Spotify users in the SAMEA region
  • •Identify and experiment with new growth levers and measure impact of initiatives to drive business results
  • •Create and communicate actionable recommendations and models to improve product, messaging, and channel optimization
  • •Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards to enable performance tracking across teams
  • •Present findings to senior stakeholders and influence strategic direction

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience synthesizing insights from data using Python/R and SQL
  • •Experience with distributed systems and cloud data platforms (BigQuery or GCP) is a plus
  • •Experience with AI tools (LLMs and coding assistants) is a plus
  • •Background in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a relevant field
  • •Comfortable working on a globally distributed team with occasional international travel
