Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project commercial team to optimize commercial interests for the business through company processes and procedures.
  • •Create and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • •Oversee contract negotiation, drafting, and administration to ensure favorable terms, compliance, and accountability.
  • •Manage budgets and financial analysis while monitoring performance for cost control and profitability.
  • •Lead commercial risk management, KPI tracking, competitive bids/proposals, and mentor the commercial team while supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with 5 years in a supervisory position, plus 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction contractual matters and quantity surveying methods, techniques, and tools.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including negotiating, reviewing documents, and administrative accountability.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Windows applications (Projects, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and commercial/cost management tools such as CCS (Candy).
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills; professional qualification in FIDIC certification or CIOB/RICS is required/preferred.
