Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC multi-axis mills and lathes to manufacture complex parts and tools.
  • •Evaluate tool wear, make offsets, and load/unload parts in the machine.
  • •Load raw materials, replace cutting tools, and follow CNC setup procedures.
  • •Check product specifications, handle nonconforming products, and complete production documentation.
  • •Maintain safety and 5S standards, perform daily autonomous maintenance, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to improve processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.09 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school or two-year diploma required.
  • •Experience with machined parts.
  • •Knowledge of CNC Milling and Turning equipment operations.
  • •Basic experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • •Familiarity with Fanuc controls, including feeds, speeds, G codes, and M codes.
