Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform mechanical design, integration, and manufacturability work for low-voltage electrical assemblies and LVSA products.
  • •Develop 2D/3D models and create fabrication drawings, drilling/cutout plans, and wiring routing channels.
  • •Maintain and release mechanical BOMs into the ERP system and ensure compatibility with the electrical architecture.
  • •Apply DFMA principles and support production by resolving build issues and clarifying design intent with redline updates.
  • •Ensure compliance with IEC-related requirements, support FAT, and conduct root-cause analysis with corrective design actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or high school in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • •3+ years of mechanical design experience for LV switchgear, industrial panels, or metal enclosure manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of fabrication processes such as sheet metal, welding, and powder coating.
  • •Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent).
