Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, govern, implement, and continuously improve enterprise and operational risk assurance programs and risk management processes.
  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the External Services team, including setting priorities, accountabilities, and performance expectations.
  • •Oversee governance and working relationships with external service providers, monitoring performance, addressing risks, and supporting reliable service delivery.
  • •Plan and lead audits, self-assessments, and management reviews; monitor corrective action completion.
  • •Monitor critical control effectiveness, risk exposure, and emerging trends; maintain metrics and dashboards, and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
