Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful launch of critical power infrastructure products, meeting safety, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and design mechanical systems for space, manufacturing, service, thermal, and related considerations.
  • •Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, delivering feedback, and partnering with global teams to address performance, functionality, safety, reliability, quality, and component availability.
  • •Develop and support prototypes and manufacturing validation, including support during the launch process.
  • •Ensure design meets UL and other certification body requirements and drive improvements to process, tools, and test methodology from concept to implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in Mechanical Design.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience designing sheet metal components and assemblies.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience with thermal simulations.
  • •Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
