Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe operation.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain availability for rotating shifts and work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and vehicle detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card (and obtain a notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days).
