Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data and insights that drive the business.
  • •Build machine learning models and data pipelines across design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Develop customer data subject-matter expertise to enable better decisions.
  • •Leverage Python, Conda, AWS, Databricks, Spark, and other capabilities to unlock insights from large data volumes.
  • •Lead and provide technical oversight for a team of 10–15 data scientists, setting a strategic agenda and developing talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (quantitative field) with 9+ years of data analytics experience, or Master’s (quantitative field) / MBA with quantitative concentration plus 7+ years, or PhD (quantitative field) plus 4+ years.
  • •At least 4 years leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •At least 4 years working with machine learning.
  • •At least 4 years utilizing relational databases.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of AWS experience and 3+ years managing people.
