Key Responsibilities

•Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems, focusing on SAE hardware to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
•Reviews designs and documentation from contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and specifications, with emphasis on mechanical integrity, performance, reliability, and maintainability of SAE systems.
•Creates scope of work documentation and awards contracts to vendors based on requirements derived from interpreting creative intent and NBCUniversal specifications.
•Leads design and production reviews at vendor locations ensuring product quality and specification conformance.
•Develops and oversees project schedules and budgetary demands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field.
•5+ years’ experience in theme park engineering, including mechanical show systems, Show Action Equipment (SAE), animatronics, or special effects hardware.

•Required On-Site: this position is full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage complex tasks and multiple vendors.
