Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preconstruction support during the project approval phase, using historical cost data and supporting annual contractor purchase order development.
  • •Manage internal project budgets and schedule-of-values within project management software for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Manage external project budgets and communications in project management software, including commitment management, change management, and document control.
  • •Own monthly forecasts and cash flows, analyze forecast variances, and develop monthly executive reports.
  • •Oversee monthly vendor invoice review, support accurate accrual reporting for existing purchase orders, and facilitate change order routing and review processes.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience
  • •Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
  • •Preferred degree areas: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business
