Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets (e.g., accuracy, RCA, appeal success rates).
•Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis, identify error patterns, and translate insights into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
•Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases under quality methodologies (e.g., KOM), including validating benchmark “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
•Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify policy explanations and drive global quality goals.
•Manage edge cases, drive policy cascading so updates are communicated and implemented across partners, and prepare weekly/monthly reports using QA dashboards, RCA tools, and AI; support training rollouts for new policy changes.

Key Requirements

•1+ year conducting analytical audits and tracking performance targets in trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environments.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training aligned to global quality goals.
•Fluency in data visualization and reporting, using QA/calibration tools, and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
