Key Responsibilities

  • •Own P&L responsibilities, including revenue delivery, margin and overhead management, budget and forecast delivery, cost controls, payables/invoicing, and cash collection.
  • •Develop and review project proposals and execution plans, including schedule, execution procedures, resourcing needs, and evaluation parameters.
  • •Negotiate scope and specification changes with the client and manage the change process for scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • •Establish project procedures and lead creation of the execution plan (work scope, deliverable list, master schedule, budget, org charts, risk register, etc.).
  • •Guide and direct a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring competence, continuous risk identification/mitigation, and reporting progress to senior management and/or the client.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant discipline; preferably with certification such as PMP, APM, or an equivalent credential.
  • •Strong project management knowledge and demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multidisciplinary scope.
  • •Deep understanding of project objectives, drivers, and strategies, including creating and implementing success and benefits indicators across projects.
  • •Experience prioritizing stakeholders and developing stakeholder management plans, including managing requirements and acceptance criteria with key stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of industry/company risk management processes and ability to use qualitative evaluation methods (with some quantitative techniques).
