Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance on terminations, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and progressive discipline.
  • •Independently lead client/external employee meetings for consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and separations/settlements.
  • •Coordinate offboarding compliance activities and audits with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions).
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS, draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, and drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR coverage across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment laws/regulations and industrial instruments to solve complex HR issues in ambiguous situations.
