Job Summary

Lead Salesforce’s Corporate Strategy efforts to activate and align Monetization strategy, accelerating growth and portfolio execution. Partner cross-functionally with Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Renewals, GTM Strategy, Sales, and Product teams to establish operating rhythms that improve transparency and alignment. Drive revenue growth through strategic plays, advise on complex deals, and build pricing enablement assets and sessions to increase field fluency.

•Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and activating strategic plays that accelerate edition upgrades and expand customer value.
•Serve as a trusted pricing advisor to the field, helping account teams navigate complex deals and structure solutions that close.
•Build comprehensive enablement assets with technical depth to support field teams in complex scenarios.
•Deliver pricing enablement sessions to build sales organization fluency and confidence.
•Align and build frameworks to accelerate portfolio strategy and create an operational rhythm that improves transparency and stakeholder alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,200 - 273,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience across strategy, operations, process delivery, sales, consulting, or product marketing; 6+ years in the CRM industry is highly preferred.
•Deep experience with Pricing & Packaging, Product Marketing, GTM/Sales Strategy, or Product Management.
•Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks, measure outcomes, and continually improve.
•Ability to dive into business/product areas, understand needs, and facilitate strategic decisions and communications as priorities change.
•Strong ability to work with executives and influence across multiple levels and functions.
