Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform winding, assembly, repair, and rework on a wide range of stators.
  • •Complete more complex winding and connection tasks within defined work scope by following the proper sequence of actions.
  • •Inspect, test, and troubleshoot stators during assembly and after winding, verifying dimensional, electrical, and workmanship requirements.
  • •Complete required documentation for production and quality records.
  • •Support process improvements, waste reduction, efficient workflow, and train or support apprentices, support technicians, and Motor Winder I employees.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • •Low voltage motor winding experience required; medium voltage motor winding experience preferred.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • •Strong understanding of applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules.
  • •Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs as required by job duties.
