Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the Intelligent Automation product roadmap aligned to organisational priorities and continuously refine the automation product backlog.
  • •Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, complexity, and strategic alignment.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • •Monitor delivery schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies; ensure compliance with governance standards and project methodologies.
  • •Develop automation performance dashboards, measure benefits realisation and KPIs, and produce executive reports while driving continuous improvement through performance analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •5-7 years’ experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading enterprise automation and AI initiatives.
  • •Experience managing product backlogs, Agile delivery methodologies, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • •Experience delivering business process automation, workflow optimisation, and digital transformation programmes with business cases and executive reporting.
