Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify business challenges and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • •Partner with recruiting and business stakeholders to transform candidate and associate experiences using analysis and insights.
  • •Scope problems, develop hypotheses, test and analyze results, and drive solutions through experimentation and implementation.
  • •Leverage SQL and Python (and AI tools such as Claude Code) to analyze historical drivers of performance and recommend improvements.
  • •Design and build data products, analytics solutions, and experiments for Talent Acquisition, including measurement strategy and automated insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or in process), or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration).
  • •1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
  • •2+ years of experience in statistical analyses.
  • •1+ years of experience defining business requirements and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
