Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake full day-to-day project management for complex projects or a significant component of a major project/program, including internal team and project management responsibilities.
  • •Technically lead groups of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, time, and quality standards.
  • •Apply project management expertise independently to resolve technical problems, conduct quality reviews (including Lead Verifier), and ensure deliverables comply with PDS and QA requirements.
  • •Manage project services and projects using APIC and other relevant systems; monitor and track budgets and ensure timely cash collection in compliance with contract terms.
  • •Support bids and business development activities, maintain regular client contact for opportunities, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Honours degree in a built environment field with a minimum of 12 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •OR B-Tech degree in a built environment field with a minimum of 13 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •OR National Higher Diploma in a built environment field with a minimum of 14 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •OR National Diploma in a built environment field with a minimum of 15 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • •Registration as PrCPM with SACPCMP (PrCPM) OR certification as PMP / PgMP / PfMP / PMI-SP / PMI-ACP with PMI.
