Job Summary

Develop and enhance web security capabilities, including signature engine, header security, CSRF, WAF scripting, API security, and bot mitigation. Improve debugging and unit testing tools for web security features, and stay current on web security events to support incident response and training. Partner with Cloud and Intelligence teams to strengthen features and intelligence databases, and collaborate with Product, R&D, and QA to deliver high-quality releases. Research new technologies to devise better solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and enhance web security features across the signature engine, header security, CSRF, WAF scripting, API security, and bot mitigation.
•Improve debugging and unit testing tools for web security functionality.
•Provide expertise on web security event response and deliver internal training on security events.
•Collaborate with Cloud and Intelligence teams to improve features and the intelligence database, especially for false positives and evasion.
•Partner with Product, R&D, and QA on roadmaps, new feature design, and product certifications throughout the development lifecycle.

•Solid knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS/HTTP2 protocols.
•Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, WAF, ADC) and hands-on Linux networking troubleshooting.
