Job Summary

Lead a retail labor and analytics team to improve store performance and profitability through labor planning, workforce management tools, and operational insights. Partner closely with Retail Operations, Global Retail, Finance, Field Leadership, IT, and Product to refine labor standards, streamline store routines, manage payroll budget performance, and provide reporting and forecasting that supports monthly business reviews and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Support review and refinement of labor standards using time-in-motion studies, workflow mapping, and process analysis.
•Manage day-to-day workforce management activities, including schedule guidance, staffing assumptions, and labor planning inputs.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to improve technologies for scheduling, resource planning, and operational insights.
•Provide descriptive analytics, reporting, and insights for store performance goals, including field reporting tools and routines.
•Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports while supporting payroll budget management and incentive program follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or related analytical roles.
•Strong understanding of workforce management, retail analytics, and data modeling; experience with Kronos or ProWFM is helpful.
•Ability to build business cases and conduct inventory, productivity, payroll, and labor analytics.
•Working knowledge of retail processes and service models, with experience improving operating routines.
•Experience leading direct reports or project teams, with coaching and prioritization skills.
