Job Summary

Manage North American freight supplier and carrier relationships while optimizing international freight procurement. Own Corporate Parcel and Intermodal accounts, evaluate and expand freight suppliers, and develop strategic sourcing plans. Maintain Tableau freight category dashboards and deliver monthly financial and operational reporting. Partner cross-functionally to align local operations with corporate sourcing strategy, improve processes, and support spend optimization, RFP and contract lifecycle management.

•Manage the North American freight supplier portfolio across modes (TL, LTL, Intermodal, Parcel, Ocean, Air).
•Own Corporate Parcel accounts and Intermodal carrier relationships, including evaluation and expansion of suppliers.
•Establish and integrate long-term international freight procurement strategies, including RFP data and contract lifecycle management.
•Maintain Tableau dashboard metrics and deliver monthly financial and operational reporting for leadership visibility.
•Coordinate with internal business units and global stakeholders to align operations, optimize spend, and improve KPIs and total cost of ownership.

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
•4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or strategic procurement/sourcing.

•Familiarity or competence with AI tools to accelerate data analysis and support forecasts.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to champion emerging technologies while following the corporate Procurement Handbook.
