Engineering Lead - Business Operations Tooling

Lead the Business Operations Tooling team, defining technical architecture and hands-on delivery of the roadmap’s capabilities such as proactive alerting, automated data population, and assignment tooling. Help shape the product roadmap, set engineering standards, and ensure code quality while mentoring engineers (ICs). Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to build and integrate tools—starting with Salesforce to deliver value quickly and then evolving into bespoke internal solutions.
