Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate Group IT CISO policy and TMC control updates to assigned IT teams, supporting training and rollout planning.
  • •Embed ARS control requirements into new and changed service design/build processes and serve as the security assurance touchpoint for project teams.
  • •Develop and maintain control documentation, including solution descriptions, control mapping, and evidence specifications.
  • •Ensure assigned IT services are onboarded to control solutions and common capability platforms, supporting automation enablement where possible.
  • •Drive BAU evidence collection, curate the evidence repository, and support readiness reviews, assessment execution, and remediation tracking to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, security operations, or control assurance.
  • •Hands-on experience with evidence collection, control testing, or internal audit support in an IT environment.
  • •Experience applying IT compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST to service-level control requirements.
  • •Experience working in Agile delivery teams or alongside Security Champions in a DevSecOps/product-based IT model.
  • •Prior exposure to Allianz ARS processes or equivalent group-level IT compliance programs is preferred.
