Key Responsibilities

•Provide individual and group counselling for students facing academic, emotional, behavioural, or social challenges.
•Support students in building resilience, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal skills.
•Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and parents to address concerns and monitor student progress.
•Deliver classroom sessions and workshops on wellbeing, mental health awareness, bullying prevention, digital citizenship, stress management, and life skills.
•Maintain confidential student records, respond to safeguarding concerns and child protection matters, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and assist with crisis intervention.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, School Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
•Professional counselling qualification or licence recognised in the UAE is preferred.
•Minimum 2–5 years of counselling experience, preferably in a CBSE or international school.
•Knowledge of child and adolescent development, learning needs, and behavioural intervention strategies.
•Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
