•Spearhead the discovery, evaluation, and integration of new datasets, collaborating (incl. pipeline development and data modeling/documentation) with key data stakeholders to understand their impact and relevance to core products and the healthcare domain.
•Facilitate the technical management of data assets - tracking data lifecycle and maintaining partnerships with ingestion and solution data engineering teams.
•Translate product/analytical vision into highly functional data pipelines by designing data structures, building and scheduling data transformations, and improving transparency.
•Set the standard for data engineering practices within the company, guiding architectural approaches, data pipeline designs, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality, trusted data products across applications, analytics, and ML

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years designing, building, and operating cloud-based, highly available, observable, and scalable data platforms
•Experience with HIPAA transformations and EMR integrations (FHIR) and data normalization
•Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners
•Proven ability to design, build and optimize data pipelines and data structures for reliable data delivery
•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
