Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, delivering a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on employment law, termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultation meetings, hearings, negotiations, and separation settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliant offboarding and audit readiness.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements via automation, product development, and enhanced customer/employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and translate research into practical team resources.
