Own Teads France credit and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate invoicing, optimize cash collection, and support reliable financial reporting. Drive process transformation through automation and AI integration, contribute to French e-invoicing reform, and strengthen audit readiness and internal controls. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Accounting to resolve billing disputes, manage aging risks, and improve DSO.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process for Teads France, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery through channels and customer portals.
•Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and accelerate recurring invoicing workflows.
•Monitor receivables and overdue balances, follow up with customers and agencies to improve DSO, and prepare aging reports to flag risks early.
•Contribute to the French e-invoicing reform rollout, including transition to new e-invoicing tools and setting up automated controls.
•Prepare documentation for auditors, support SOX compliance and bad debt provision analysis, and contribute to short-term cash forecasting.

Key Requirements

•First successful experience in credit management, customer invoicing, AR accounting, finance operations, or financial controlling.
•Strong intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and comfort navigating modern ERP/finance software.
•A solid foundational understanding of customer receivables and aging balance impacts.
•Highly organized, precise, and able to maintain clear audit trails.
•Native/fluent French with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
