Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-priority projects and complex technical solutions, ensuring deployments are stable, scalable, and aligned to customer business goals.
  • •Handle intermediate technical tasks and participate in deployment of mobility solutions, using test environments to resolve issues while meeting quality standards.
  • •Co-develop project deliverables (CIQs and LLDs) and leverage Cisco AI tools for predictive timelines and analytics to support planning.
  • •Act as an initial point of contact for technical issues, understanding product/software vulnerabilities and communicating proposed resolutions to customers.
  • •Use software programmability, automation, and orchestration to streamline workflows; gather lessons learned and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years’ experience managing the full lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, optimization) of 4G/5G mobile wireless solutions and end-to-end mobility architectures on 5G NSA & SA.
  • •Deep expertise in 3GPP standards and packet core nodes (S-GW, P-GW, MME, SMF, UPF, etc.), plus StarOS and Cisco hardware platforms (ASR55k, UCS, Nexus).
  • •Proficiency with cloud-native and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, OpenStack) and automation skills in Python and Linux with AI/ML to improve network efficiency.
  • •Ability to produce technical documentation (high/low-level designs, MOPs, implementation plans) and perform software risk, security vulnerability, and network health assessments.
  • •Serve as a primary customer-facing focal point for proactive problem resolution across Cisco and third-party technology ecosystems.
