Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to high-performing portfolio delivery teams, helping shape, embed, and communicate portfolio direction and measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish and deliver portfolio control frameworks, conduct gap analysis, and lead delivery of an optimised future state.
  • •Provide assurance, challenge, and insight into portfolio performance while ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistency across portfolios.
  • •Deliver safeguards to manage portfolio risks, including proactive identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks and issues (including health and safety considerations).
  • •Drive financial management processes such as CapEx performance, budget tracking, and cost reporting, and contribute to commission management and business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme management methodologies and governance frameworks in real estate and fast-paced delivery environments.
  • •Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, including large-scale or high-profile real estate transformation projects.
  • •Experience in performance optimisation initiatives and managing capital investment plans.
  • •Experience overseeing delivery of expected outcomes with best practice and high standards, driving performance discipline in a continuous improvement culture.
  • •Good leadership skills, including acting as a high performer within portfolio/programme teams and contributing to high-performing team cultures.
