Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology).
  • •4+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in IT recruitment (developers, engineers, tech leads).
  • •Experience in the EU institutions market or similarly large-scale industries.
  • •Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
  • •Fluency in English and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems and databases; experience with social media and job boards (especially LinkedIn).
