Job Summary

Support the BAS Sales Engineering team with pre-sales and post-sales projects for building automation systems. Create and verify high-quality client quotations, prepare technical and costing solutions, generate drawings and bills of materials, and coordinate with external designers and subcontractors. Prepare handover documents (including order files and I/O lists), track client technical information, flag quotation anomalies, and improve tools and efficiency while coordinating with finance on creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, verify, and ensure the quality of client quotations using the appropriate tools.
•Prepare simple and complex BAS solutions, including technical design and costing, and deliver accurate quotations.
•Cooperate with external designers and (sub-)contractors to prepare customer solutions and offers.
•Prepare handover documents, order files, and I/O lists for implementation teams.
•Collect, analyze, and track client information and technical documentation; identify quotation anomalies and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field (required or in progress).
•1–3 years of experience with building control systems/EMS and HVAC systems.
•General business-level English (B2 and above).
•Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
•Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
