Job Summary

Customer-focused technical support role owning maintenance, enhancements, upgrades and performance tuning for the Buyer application (SaaS Source-to-Pay). You will manage 1-5 customer accounts, troubleshoot SQL/C#/.NET issues, and coordinate with project engineers to ensure satisfaction and successful upgrades in a hybrid, global RUN team.

•Manage the customer relationship for the application, acting as dedicated contact for the customer administrator on 1 to 5 accounts
•Provide attention and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and successful operation
•Participate in weekly prioritization meetings and monthly maintenance/improvement meetings with customers and integrator partners
•Troubleshoot code and SQL issues, stay up-to-date with new syntax and query optimization
•Coordinate upgrades and change requests, including analysis, parameterization and testing

•Minimum 4 years of experience in L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support or equivalent

•Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech or Masters in Computer Engineering/CS or closely related field; procurement domain is a plus
