Job Summary

Oversee and execute compliance assessments across SAP end-to-end processes, review regulatory requirements, and drive remediation actions. Lead investigations, track corrective actions, and foster a culture of compliance while keeping policies up-to-date with changing regulations. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to identify and mitigate non-compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify areas of compliance – Company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
•Conduct functional analyses and reviews across departments to identify non-compliance and advise mitigations to align with organizational objectives.
•Prepare investigative reports on compliance issues, develop remediation plans, and implement corrective actions.
•Lead communication of non-compliance with respective departments and ensure corrective actions are followed.
•Maintain and monitor tracking tools to provide audit trails for internal or external audits/investigations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
•Strong knowledge of risk and compliance management across finance, HR/payroll, procurement, and operations
•Experience with SAP ERP and MS Office; ability to analyze policies, procedures, and controls
•Ability to conduct functional analyses across Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, HR & Payroll, and Cost Control
•Excellent communication and report-writing skills with a track record of implementing corrective actions and process improvements
