Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and manage schematic, detailed-design, construction, and as-built architectural BIM models according to approved requirements and schedules.
  • •Use Autodesk Revit to create BIM deliverables including coordinated models, shop drawings, drawing sets, schedules, and Revit families/library components.
  • •Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, specialist, and construction models, using Navisworks for federated review, clash detection, and coordination tracking.
  • •Apply BIM standards and quality workflows, including BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, model quality reviews, revision logs, issue registers, and audit trails.
  • •Support construction delivery by deriving/validating material quantities, providing model-based inputs for change orders and reviews, coordinating meetings/actions, and assisting with BIM training and close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM architecture, architectural modeling, or BIM coordination.
  • •Hands-on ability producing architectural BIM models, coordinated drawings, clash reports, quantities, revision records, and close-out deliverables.
  • •Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans, modeling standards, LOD/LOI requirements, common data environment workflows, and information exchanges.
  • •Ability to interpret architectural drawings and identify coordination and constructability issues across disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale or mega projects with multiple stakeholders across regional or international markets.
