Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end graphic design production for qualifications, proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
  • •Execute design concepts to support marketing and social media campaigns, including layout of bid documents and capability statements.
  • •Create executive presentations and production-ready materials for events and campaigns (infographics, invitations, brochures, interactive PDFs, and video content).
  • •Manage and maintain project and staff photography libraries, including research and development of improved brand presentation approaches.
  • •Assist/partner with senior team members and the team lead on complex projects, including workload support and quality checks for junior designers before stakeholder/client submission.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a four-year program, preferably in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, outsourcing, shared services, or similar model within graphic design or relevant roles.
  • •Portfolio demonstrating strong print, editorial, or brochure design experience.
  • •Strong understanding of brand identity and visual aesthetics, with experience developing innovative design concepts and taking briefs.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with preferred experience using After Effects and Premiere for multimedia/animation.
