Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure assigned projects meet financial, schedule, and performance targets defined by client contract and internal expectations.
  • •Review performance trends, prepare analysis/cost impact, and recommend contractor invoices for approval.
  • •Prepare and maintain cost reporting (actual and committed costs), update forecasts based on progress and earned value, and track KPIs including estimate to completion and project end dates.
  • •Establish project budgets from proposal estimates, assist with project setup/execution, and coordinate development of work breakdown structures.
  • •Assist PMs with procurement activities (purchase orders/subcontracts), monitor vendor spending, handle payment release paperwork, and support billing/invoicing reporting for internal and external clients.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead the project controls function for small and large projects and a portfolio of project managers.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Review and analyze performance trends, including preparing cost impact and monthly project performance reports (earned value).
  • •US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
