Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the intake, planning, execution, and implementation of Wholesale Credit Modernization initiatives, including process transformation, technology delivery, automation, workforce transition, and operating model changes.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Risk, Operations, Technology, and third-party partners to achieve program objectives and business outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain program governance, project plans, executive reporting, risks and dependencies, and business readiness artifacts with traceability and accountability.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and enhance wholesale credit processes through automation, improved controls, and operating model optimization while supporting regulatory and risk management objectives.
  • •Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and oversight to internal resources, contractors, and third-party partners supporting the program.
