Key Responsibilities

  • •Support definition of business service model scope and governance, including SLAs, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting.
  • •Design the EMEA Target State Business Architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model) in collaboration with EMEA departments and other regions.
  • •Develop and maintain the Current State Business Architecture to a detail level sufficient to inform target state design and the roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk to create a holistic target state design spanning business, technical, and data architecture.
  • •Coordinate and orchestrate target-state work across regions and entities to enable delivery of the business architecture roadmap.
