Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the safe, reliable, efficient, and commercially optimized operation and maintenance of the company’s power generation assets, including owner-side governance of O&M contractors and service providers.
  • •Manage contractor performance against contractual obligations, KPIs/service levels, staffing and competence, maintenance quality, plant availability, reliability, efficiency, and HSSE performance, ensuring corrective actions and remedies.
  • •Lead and oversee planned and unplanned outage management, including outage scope/schedule, readiness reviews, execution progress, return-to-service activities, and post-outage performance assessment.
  • •Monitor plant availability, reliability, efficiency, and technical risks; ensure technical improvement studies, root cause analyses, and permanent corrective actions are developed and implemented.
  • •Prepare daily/monthly/annual maintenance reports and plant performance indicators; coordinate technical inputs to EPC/OEM/LTSA contracts and support insurance risk surveys and claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the power generation industry, preferably including combined-cycle power plants and O&M management.
  • •Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with plus experience in CMMS/EAM, SCADA/DCS, ERP, and performance monitoring/reporting tools.
  • •Valid Turkish Class B driving license with no restrictions preventing driving company/project vehicles.
