Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and forecasts across all project stages.
  • •Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to support key project decisions, including value engineering and cost optimization.
  • •Manage tendering activities such as tender analysis, commercial evaluations, and contractor recommendations; support procurement strategies and contractor negotiations.
  • •Administer contracts, including variations, change orders, and contractor claims; review contractor payment applications and support final account negotiations and close-out.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, track expenditure vs. budgets, identify commercial risks and trends, and provide commercial input in project meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of cost management experience within construction projects.
  • •Strong experience in either CSA packages (structure, architectural, façade, fit-out, building envelope) or MEP packages (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building services).
  • •Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, industrial, data centre, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract cost management, procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration.
