Distil the chaos around PostHog’s Agents and AI Gateway teams into high-impact launch plans, email announcements, ad concepts, and growth tactics. Own go-to-market from value prop to co-marketing, craft positioning and announcements, and support adoption after launch. Serve as a visible voice for engineers by translating technical jargon for developers and collaborating across sales, engineering, marketing, and users to strengthen PostHog’s position as an all-in-one devtool.

Key Responsibilities

•Run GTM for Agents and AI Gateway products, driving success from value prop to co-marketing and planning multiple major launches per quarter.
•Own launches from zero to done, including GTM plans, announcements, positioning, and post-launch adoption support.
•Be the voice of PostHog for engineers by collaborating with product engineers and communicating effectively with developers.
•Ship frequently and learn from execution, working across programs and major customer-facing launches.
•Collaborate with sales, engineers, marketers, and users to strengthen PostHog’s position as the default all-in-one devtool.

Key Requirements

•Excellent writing, researching, and communication skills.
•Deep experience in the AI space, ideally using agents to ship.
•Development experience, even if not in a formal role (side projects count).
•Experience targeting developers as customers or writing for technical audiences.
•Experience running email campaigns, GTM campaigns, and sales enablement.
