Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for EMEA inventory management for Eastpak products, balancing short- and long-term plans to maximize availability.
  • •Analyze buy proposals and inventory KPIs, monitor supply/inventory performance, and help avoid stock disruptions and overstock.
  • •Define and refine the inventory strategy each season and each buy moment based on market demand, inventory targets, and current conditions.
  • •Review and confirm the monthly buy proposal using key inventory KPIs, manage monthly supply prioritization, and monitor stock coverage for high runner products.
  • •Build and automate reports on supply arrival and inventory levels; coordinate with global supply planning and regional counterparts, and support global project implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Transport, Logistics, or a related planning or supply chain field.
  • •1–5 years of working experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Planning.
  • •Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers.
  • •Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • •Experienced user of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
