Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform construction schedule reviews, generate ship status reports, and maintain forecast-to-completion cost accuracy.
  • •Coordinate project inputs including selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
  • •Create and revise project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones; manage cost estimates and scope deviations.
  • •Prepare material and vendor orders, enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders for equipment start-ups.
  • •Manage project cash-flow (progress billing, collections support, resource management), and handle customer/warehouse/claims issues such as freight damage or missing freight.

Key Requirements
