Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain business reports and dashboards; track metrics such as user activity, content publishing, views, engagement, and retention; identify anomalies and participate in root-cause analysis.
  • •Analyze user journeys (browsing, liking, commenting, following) and apply segmentation, funnel, and retention analysis to improve user experience and conversion.
  • •Evaluate content ecosystem performance by format, topics, and creators to support content operations, creator incentive programs, and community campaigns.
  • •Prepare data and analyze performance for product features, operational campaigns, and A/B tests; summarize findings and recommend improvements.
  • •Extract and analyze data to support product and operations teams, including event-tracking validation, metric definition/documentation, and data quality checks.

  • •Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program or above; Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, and aggregation; strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
  • •Foundational knowledge of statistics with experience/familiarity using funnel and retention analysis to derive evidence-based insights.
  • •Strong interest in content-driven community products, user behavior, content distribution, and creator ecosystems.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong communication, learning, and execution skills; ability to proactively investigate business factors behind data changes.
