Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP for assigned commodities and raw materials.
  • •Analyze demand, forecasts, and production schedules to ensure timely procurement and adjust purchase orders as requirements change.
  • •Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.
  • •Proactively expedite open purchase orders and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages, late shipments, and supply disruptions.
  • •Manage inventory levels and drive KPI performance (e.g., DOI, inventory turns, stockout reduction, OTD, and past-due reduction).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience purchasing electrical components, castings, machined parts, or industrial products.
  • •Strong experience using ERP systems for purchasing and inventory management.
  • •Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
