Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute procurement and PO governance: convert approved requisitions into POs within defined turnaround time.
  • •Ensure PO terms, prices, quantities, dates, specifications, and approvals are complete and accurate.
  • •Maintain supplier acknowledgement and promise-date integrity in ERP; resolve PO/receipt/invoice/pricing/quantity discrepancies.
  • •Monitor supplier delivery risk (RDSL, past-due lines, unconfirmed orders, upcoming due-line risk) and lead recovery and expediting actions.
  • •Set daily/weekly priorities for buyers, coach the team on negotiation and ERP discipline, standardize dashboards/review routines, and drive continuous improvement/automation.
