Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product features/capabilities and establish SoC and IP micro-architecture requirements and technical specifications to meet them.
  • •Ensure the SoC is treated as a complete system (HW, FW, SW) and align firmware/software to enable all features while optimizing performance and power.
  • •Work cross-functionally with IP/domain architects to assess complex technical risks/issues and develop architectural solutions for product requirements.
  • •Provide technical direction to execution teams and act as an overall product owner for architecture analysis and technical solutions for marketing/feature change requests.
  • •Collaborate with design and verification teams on area/floorplan refinement, verification test plan reviews, timing targets, emulation plans, pre-Si bug resolution, performance/power verification sign-offs, and post-Si debug/support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 203,000 - 348,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success driving SoC architecture, product roadmaps, and product requirements.
  • •Strong foundation in systems and SoC architecture with expertise in areas such as processors, memory subsystems, interconnects, coherency, I/O, clocks/resets, safety, reliability, and security.
  • •Experience analyzing system-level micro-architectural features to identify performance bottlenecks across workloads.
  • •Expertise in power management microarchitecture, low power design, and power optimization with impact across architecture, logic design, and circuits.
  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a related discipline (preferred).
