Job Summary

Join a 12-week summer internship designed to build technical and sales engineering skills through hands-on experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC and building management controls. Work with Sales Account Managers and customers, attend sales meetings and site/customer calls, and learn how sales engineers take deals from start to finish. Collaborate with peers across North America and build insight into Technical Sales and the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

•Understand and practice the end-to-end steps sales engineers take on a job, while building customer relationship ownership.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the internship; must have completed at least sophomore (2nd year) before start.
•Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
•A passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
•Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance.
•Have no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI in the previous 3 years and other serious violations in the previous 3 years.
